Dr. Mohamed Abdelhady Afifi is a distinguished Environmental Leader and Data Analytics Specialist with over 18 years of progressive experience in water and wastewater management. As Director of Environmental and Climate Change Department at Egypt's Holding Company for Water and Wastewater (HCWW), he oversees environmental initiatives across 25 subsidiary companies serving more than 10 million citizens.

Dr. Afifi holds a Ph.D. in Environmental Sciences from Damietta University (2024), an MBA from the Arab Academy for Management, Banking and Financial Sciences (2023), and multiple advanced certifications including Microsoft Certified Power BI Data Analyst Associate (PL-300) and Certified Greenhouse Gases Auditor under ISO 14060 series.
